VIDEO: Driver runs red light in front of Boynton police officer

Boynton Beach Police posted another video of a driver running a red light, and as we say each time: We thought we had seen the worst. Until now.

This video shows a driver running the red light right in front of a police officer.

It happened at Boynton Beach and Seacrest boulevards while an officer was conducting a traffic stop.

Take a look:

Here’s why the police department is showing these videos:
“In our ongoing effort to keep you safe and informed, our Traffic Unit will be sharing videos of red light camera violations on a regular basis. We hope that these videos create a constructive dialogue about the dangers of distracted driving. We all need to slow down, put the cell phones down and pay attention to everything going on around us. Lives depend on it.”
