All roads open after construction workers hit gas line in Boynton

UPDATE: All roads are now open.

ORIGINAL POST: A natural gas leak in Boynton Beach has caused the evacuations of 400 E. Ocean Avenue, near Federal Highway.

Westbound traffic is also shut down.

A construction worker hit a gas line, according to city police spokeswoman Stephanie Slater.

Workers are building 500 Ocean, a mix of retail and apartments in that area. However, it was not immediately clear if workers from that project caused the leak.
