DELRAY BEACH — The Delray Beach Craft Beer Festival will return to Old School Square for the sixth year this week — meaning lots and lots of beer, folks.

A ticket to the Friday, May 12 festival buys you all-you-can-drink samplings of local and national craft beer brews, including some local favorites such as Barrel of Monks, Funky Buddha, Saltwater Brewery and Accomplice Brewery. The festival opens to general admission ticket holders at 7:30 p.m.

A DJ will perform during the three-hour festival, and Deerfield Beach-based Americana band Uproot Hootenanny will perform live, according to organizers.

Pub bites from local restaurants, as well as hourly deliveries from Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, Pizza Rox and Mellow Mushroom will be available for purchase at the festival as well.

Tickets to the festival cost $40 per person (ages 21 and over) in advance and $45 at the gate. VIP tickets, which give access to the festival one hour early, cost $55.

Proceeds from the event go toward programming at Old School Square, a Delray Beach cultural and arts center.
