Delray man won $3 million from Florida lotto scratch-off from Boca liquor store

DELRAY BEACH — A 48-year-old Delray Beach man won the $3 million top prize from a scratch-off lottery ticket he bought at a liquor store west of Boca Raton , Florida Lottery officials said Tuesday.

Stephane Lallier  chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $2,185,434.00. He bought the winning $20 Gold Rush ticket from Holiday Liquor, at 9101 Lakeridge Blvd.

The $20 Gold Rush game launched in September 2014. The overall odds of winning are 1 in 2.95, according to lottery officials.
