DELRAY BEACH — ROK:BRGR, a Fort Lauderdale-based burger bar chain, is opening its fourth location in Delray Beach in place of Tryst gastropub, which recently closed its doors.
Tryst, located at 4 E. Atlantic Ave. next to Bull Bar and across the street from Old School Square, closed in early November.
ROK:BRGR is slated to open in February. It will be the first Palm Beach County location for the burger chain, which has restaurants in Fort Lauderdale, South Miami and Hallendale Beach.
“It is a perfect fit to compliment the Ave,” said Marc Falsetto, co-founder of ROK:BRGR, in a statement. “We chose Delray because of its location, energy and
distance to Boca/West Palm Beach. It’s just a perfect fit for what we do and the space couldn’t be any better.”
ROK:BRGR’s Delray location will seat 100 indoors and in its outdoor courtyard. It will also seat 25 at the bar.
Like its Broward and Miami-Dade counterparts, Delray’s ROK:BRGR will have an extensive craft beer and burger menu.
