Three TooJay’s Delis in or near Boca Raton were remodeled with contemporary decor and evolved to include lighter menu options for the health-crazed masses.
The deli/bakeries, at 2240 NW 19th Street, 3013 Yamato Road and 5030 Champion Boulevard, were recently refitted with new tiles, bright flooring and more comfortable booths. The delis still preserve their unique “authentic deli” atmosphere, however, according to the restaurant chain.
“We are sincerely grateful to all of our loyal Boca Raton guests and hope they enjoy our new look,” said CEO Chris Artinian in a statement. “With three locations and a 27-year history in Boca Raton, this community is very important to us and we are committed to delighting our guests with great hospitality.”
The chain, known for its deli-style sandwiches and handmade desserts and bite-size pastries, has nearly 30 restaurants throughout Florida, with the first Boca location having opened in 1989.
Along with the au courant decor, the Boca Raton locations have also added some healthier menu options, including dishes such as fresh spring tomato cucumber salad, BLT deviled eggs and roasted brussel sprouts medley.
