Residents invited to learn about Boynton’s crime-fighting tool


Boynton Beach Police have proved that SmartWater CSI is a successful crime-fighting tool, and now more residents will be able to learn about it on Saturday.

Vice Mayor Joe Casello and Boynton Crime Prevention Officer Rita Swan will be at fire station 3 on North Congress Avenue to host a seminar on the product. The event is geared toward residents of Lawrence Estates, Citrus Glen, Nautica, Estates of Boynton, Sausalito, Lawrence Grove, Palmyra, Knollwood and Nautica Sound, according to a news release.

The event is 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Free kits will be given to attendees.

The fire station is at 3501 N. Congress Ave. For information, call the city at 561-742-6010.
